Inside Sales Representative

Job Summary:

Join our growing company as an Inside Sales Representative. As an ISR, you will be responsible for meeting a monthly quota of qualified scheduled meetings for our Field Sales Representatives. You will work as a team member within a designated territory to uncover, contact and qualify new sales opportunities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Meet/exceed a monthly quota for setting up qualified sales meetings
• Follow up on leads from various sources to qualify potential sales opportunities and set meetings (e.g. marketing campaigns, online research, online tools like Hoover's)
• Identify key decision makers, business requirements and configurations
• Maintain current and accurate account information and contact information within customer data base (Salesforce.com)
• Provide feedback to Sales and Marketing regarding the effectiveness of campaigns; what is working and what is not

Job Qualifications:

• BA/BS or equivalent
• 3+ years experience in Sales Development, Lead Qualification, or Inside Sales
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and goals
• Aggressive attitude, persistent and self-starter; Ability to overcome obstacles and achieve goals
• Ideally have experience selling complex enterprise-wide software products
• Excellent communication, organization and time-management skills
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, confident and tenacious

Software Development Engineer

Description:

• Design, develop, test, and integrate software product
• Support and maintain product throughout its life cycles

Skills/Experience:

• BS in CS or equivalent
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in large-scale enterprise software project with Web, J2EE, or .NET, preferably in systems management
• Strong knowledge in C++/C#, Java, Scripting, .NET and SQL in Unix and Windows environment
• Excellent communication skills and strong team player

Quality Engineer

Description:

• Design and specify quality requirements, test methodology, test systems
• Work closely with other members in Engineering to release product in a coordinated and timely fashion
• Build and automate test systems
• Execute test suites and procedures

Skills/Experience:

• BS in CS or equivalent
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in large-scale enterprise software project with Web, J2EE, or .NET, preferably in systems management
• Strong knowledge in database server configuration and test suite implementation and execution
• Excellent communication skills and strong team player

GUI Development Engineer

Description:

• Design, develop and test the front-end piece of enterprise strength software product
• Work with product management and customer support
• Support and maintain product throughout its life cycles

Skills/Experience:

• BS in CS or equivalent
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in large-scale enterprise software project with Web, J2EE, or .NET, preferably in systems management
• Strong knowledge in C++, Java, JSP, ASP, ActiveX, AJAX and Web-based front-end and back-end GUI architecture
• Excellent communication skills and strong team player

Computer System Analyst

Description:

• Research and test software for web performance management
• Using statistical technique to create dynamic baseline model for management software

Skills/Experience:

• BS in CS, mathematics or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year  of experience in software project with Web and .NET, preferably in systems management
• Strong knowledge in C++/C#, Java, Scripting, .NET and SQL in Unix and Windows environment
