Background

The founders of Symphoniq have been innovating and building enterprise-grade systems management software for over 12 years. Chairman Ching-Fa Hwang, CEO Hon Wong and CTO Her-daw Che previously founded EcoSystems (merged with Compuware™ Corporation (NASDAQ: CPWR) and NetIQ™ (NASDAQ: NTIQ). Based on the knowledge gained from running two successful systems management companies, the founders realized that IT departments lacked perspective on the real user experience that would allow them to find and fix the right problems and align their activities and their infrastructure with the business processes they support. Starting in 2003 with a hand picked team of start-up veterans, the founders built TrueView to address these concerns.
